Morrigans 4 only inherits the cooldown if the cooldown is longer than her ults cooldown. If it is shorter it becomes her 4s innate cooldown. It's super weird.
@@zSpectre0458z I didn’t actually crunch the numbers but I think it’s not working like that in smite 2 rn. But you are right that’s how it’s always worked
@@Camaro-dy4tj it probably uses some weird cooldown formula then. If I had to guess it's probably based on targets cooldown rather than your own. With the new CDR formula it could probs be pretty wonky

Ive been playing thehell out of Yemoja and its tough to heal Tony Danza because the clones can fool teammates too
When I found that scepter of dominion in the store and practiced with it I loved it and just started thinking of all the possibilities for setting up abilities or objective secures with it

Active items are meh, never been a huge fan of active times.
they need to remove clones proccing on objectives. thats where hes broken. as much as i like it he takes objectives like no ones business. i can build full attackspeed on him. and i get minimum 20% spawn then stand in my 3 making it 40% with my attack speed i spawn an army destroying hp bars. i think its mostly balance around gods cause they can kill you before you auto so its not op there. but objectives kill potential is crazy
In solo i build team beads every game, item is very well stated and you can always make use of the active

Nerfing cc is meaningless. Not being able to move for even a fraction of a second is game breaking. Fact is, hard cc needs to be straight up removed from like 70 percent of god kits. When Smite first came out, it was touted as a moba where "everything is a skill shot," but god kits have gotten so lazy that they just tack on a fuckton of cc to make them viable. There's no reason _every single god_ needs cc, especially when they're dealing the kind of damage of Anubis or Bacchus.
YES. SO MUCH YES. I've been saying this for YEARS TOO. Paragon, a now dead 3D Moba similar to Smite did the same thing when it came out. It bragged about how every hero was skill shot based. And because unlike smite it had verticality this made things even more engaging.
It was beautiful having to actually aim skills and the few heroes in the beginning that had CC had to manually aim theirs.
Like one idea that always rubbed me the wrong way is ADCs having hard CC like Danza. Their only job is to land hard hitting autos. So why do they have something in their kit that let's them do it for free?
Guardians should be the only ones with more hard CC while the other classes should at most have soft CC like slows.
I'd also be down with just less CC in general across all kits. Nothing feels as bad as fighting another god only for them to stun you then insta Nuke you.
On the Xbox it shows Danza passive with out the INT passive for the clones. All it shows now is the clones have 5 percent plus 0.25 per level chance of spawning a clone Did they remove the INT part of the passive?

Idk whether it’s intentional rn or not but it looks like rn morri can actually influence the cooldown on her ult. And that one item that knocks it down by like 20 seconds or percent actually works on her
That item is meant to work on is it not
Why wouldn't world stone work? Was she never able to reduce the cooldown of shapeshift before?
@@JStorkey6 well she could but if her cooldown was shorter than the ultimate of whoever she copied, then she took their ult cooldown. That’s why it was generally inefficient to build super high cooldown items like chronos. Although that passive still applies it still kills it’s efficiency
Smite 2: The easier the god, the more damage they deal. Not only a junk ass tank meta for like 4 seasons in a row on smite, hunters are so fucking bad on smite 2 it is actually cringe. Anubis can miss his whole kit and panic press ult to beam you from 100-0 in literally less than a second. herc, ama, or any tank in the game can go full offense or full defense and burst 65-70% of your health bar in less than 4 seconds. Nu Wa can press a button for 85% of your health bar. Yet hunters have to land 21 basics in a row to do the same damage these characters are doing in 1-4 seconds. I understand why smite does it, it's because literally 100 people MAYBE in the whole player base can actually string together 5-6 basic attacks in a row, so they don't want the small percentage of people that can actually aim to run the lobbies. Gotta have the trash anubis that misses that misses 75% of his easy to land abilities still go 17-4 every lobby. Absolute cringe game balance right now on smite 2. Every hunter item needs at the bare minimum 10% attack speed added to them, and Ichaival, Asi, and old obow need put in the game and with the actual passives, not junk actives
I agree that some scaling and base damage needs to be changed but when hunters can 4 shot people it’s the exact same problem as you’re saying about tanks and mages. Hunters in smite have a very volatile history of them either being so meta double hunter comps are almost the only way to win or they’re so shit they’re a wasted team slot, when hunters are strong it’s very hard to bring them back in line and it’s very easy to over buff them. A lot of hunters also just let items play for them so more active items for hunters should be a interesting skill testing change
Another Odin nerf. Add more gods with leaps, and then see how often Odin is picked. 😂

Nerf or buff let's try bringing characters up first before we start nerfing because if I gotta do this trend of seesaw like a scale ⚖️ it's never balance. Try making characters better before making others worse and bringing up others at the same time. That's always been too much. Buff items and characters and if they're op wait til we buff the others before we nerf something so we normalize the overall game and roster. Items should be strong not weaker all the time if you 10-0 and ahead you should be able to bully them. If they 0-10 and no real farm. Let the comeback mechanic be them throwing leads and building wrong not some items are bad and my character ain't good because my items are trash. Meh hope smite 2 does well but has thick skin with the whole you all need to have a chance gaming. Nah make better choices, build better, and pick characters that are value on the team you on not the team you want. Patch is just some old thing but different values. Laters

I still can't play support unless I play a dps and try to carry. Tanks are useless right now with to much cc. Matchmaking is terrible still. I swear it's worse than smite 1
For me it's match to match. Sometimes I feel unkillable and sometimes I lose almost all of my health to one nu wa explosion.
@@BRPerfections I've played 300 games and I was a master support in smite 1 i can't play smite 2 at all, if I don't play double carry or DPS solo i lose. I have 2 wins total. Like at this point i don't even want to bother with smite two. Im literally negative mmr, that's how bad matchmaking is.
I don't even play ranked in smite 1 yet have far more wins than u in smite 2 despite u being masters. How is that so?
If you're being honest then you must be at least pretty good at smite so how are you losing so often? My teams all have real supports too and we win.
And I've stomped teams that went damage dealer in nearly every role because they had zero front line.
The items is something you willl have to re learn. Support current meta seems to be always have 3 active items. Especially that healing mushroom one.
@@thedoomslayer5863 tankiness is way different, you can be a nightmare in smite 1 ranked ad a support if you counter build. Smite 2 tho has very little you can do and your definitely not tanky. If they buff spect to 70% like smite 1 was it would change the game for tanks. Getting hit from autos that hit 900 is nonesense when max hp while building full tank is only 5500 to smite 1 i was hitting 6k with 2 dps items and bullying dds. I guess the difference now would be you don't have a front line like 1. I took multiple screenshots for hi Rez and hopefully it's just a bug they can fix. As of right now most pros still play smite 1 due to bad gameplay.
@@Wolfatmebro Never cared for pros, or ranked. Putting that much time and care into seeing a rank number go up in a video game was always lame imo. And this is coming from a life long gamer.
That aside, I've seen tanks be very successful in smite 2. I've had many moments of "this dude won't die" when I'm jungle, ADC or mid trying to kill the enemy support or solo.
You can definitely tank still. What likely happened to you is what happened to me where you tried to apply what you know from smite 1 and it failed miserably then understandably got upset.
I had to spend like an hour in jungle practice just testing some old builds out and trying new ones just to see how it changed. Once I got the hang of the new items again i began to dominate like i was used to in smite 1.
Some of these feel changes feel like they are targetting me as a Fenrir main that used soul reaver in one of my main builds 😂. Good thing I already got him to rank 10 and moved on to playing other gods
