Why is the reprise not in other productions? It's nice (in an "emotional damage😃" way) to see teenage Rudolf as well.

The reprise was created specifically for this production, but unlike Wenn Ich Tanzen will which was also a special added scene around this time, it was never adopted by other productions. It's a shame, I fully agree it adds so much to Rudolf's story, the progression of The Emotional Damage sets the stage much better for Wenn Ich Dein Spiegel Waer. It's likely because musicals don't wish to deal with so many kids and any added time to the score, that's too much money and headache likely. Really too bad.
