During my enquiry, they confirmed availability for my desired date, but when I was about to book, they suddenly informed me that it was already booked! The worst part is that they seemed clueless about their own bookings and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

Disappointed with the experience with no exception. Food is bad. Service is bad. The staff is bad. Everything is below average. It'll take more than 2-3 hours for you to actually get in the pool and start getting the service, even after checking in. Hopefully you've got some ethics to at least apologize but the staff didn't seem to be bothered even after multiple complaints. I can keep going about what's wrong with this place. Hopefully places like these invest their money in customer satisfaction rather than just fake marketing. Wouldn't recommend to even look at for a vacation. 0/5
