Lovely card. While i love brightly colored flowers and leaves, i find your different color scheme very unique and refreshing. I also love that stamp set.
Lovely card. One of the craft channels I watch here in Scotland has started showing Altenew stamp sets and every time I try to order they are sold out!!!!! Proving very popular. Thank you :o)
Oh Wow Therese!!! Your card is gorgeous! I have this stamp set on my wish list, can't wait to get my hands on it lol and they grey are sooooooo pretty! Take care, Kylie x
The blue inks are really pretty, but you love the grey's, I would nearly venture to say that they are my all time current fave set of colours from Altenew (at the moment lol). Thanks so much for your visit and kind words, Happy Crafting, Therese
Beautiful card as always, I'm starting to get these ink pads but the miniature ones, easier to take to craft group. I'm lucky there's a furniture shop not far from me and the lady owner has a side business selling a few different things but she's a fan of altenew at decent prices too.
Hi Terese. Some great tips with the layering stamps. I have a few but I only have the mini inks and the colour is not as vibrant as yours appear, so I haven't done much with them. The end result always disappoints me. Here is a tip for you... Next time you use the Inkadinkado Masking paper try using a layer of clear contact (the exercise and text book protection covering) on top before cutting the mask. It helps to keep the mask usable longer because the ink can be wiped off the top and not go through the paper. This will help to keep the sticky side still sticky longer. Regards Liz.
Thanks so much for the tip Liz, I have a different brand of masking paper that is similar to clear contact but had a couple of issues with the ink smearing off and I also didn't like getting out my staz on to stamp on it, so the contact on top of the masking paper would fix this problem for sure. Hope you are having a great and crafty day! Hugs Therese
An elegant and sophisticated card in these colours, Therese, thank you.
What a fabulous card! TFS!!! I too love flower cards.
