I need to share this bc sth very interesting happened to me today after i watched this video. I did the exercise you showed about feeling in a luxury place and drinking champagne just to try. Today someone took me to a luxurious restaurant and i ordered beer. But they were out of stock and served me champagne instead which i usually dont drink 😂 It happened exactly like I felt in the exercise but i had no expectation to live it physically :)
I love how you explained this in a way that I have never heard it before. If I could, I would like this video a thousand times. By the way if you did meditation videos I would listen to them as well.
I heard from one of the manifestation couches that feeling the desire as real = ACCEPTING it as real, just accepting that yes I am loved/chosen etc right now. There's nothing to gain or try to push etc, it's all about accepting that it's a fact already. Because sometimes we are trying to "find" what is it that "feeling" and try to evoke the emotion as you said.
it's not feeling or accepting as real even in God's pov desire is nothing but illusion and the only one who is real IS God so realize that your desire was never separated from you and by default you're already loved/chosen if you no longer identify with humanness but instead God it's not about accepting this and that but simply realize that you are.
I explained this to a friend just yesterday, I completely agree with you! Every experience has a particular feeling attached to it, but the feeling isn't necessarily a simple emotion; in fact it's a complex experience, like a flavor.
Omg 🤯 I think I just had a breakthrough in understanding concerning the difference between processing through my head and thoughts versus processing through my body or ‘somatically’ I thank you deeply!
I don't care about the result. When I was watching your video I was feeling strong sense of curiosity and fun. I am gonna not thinking about the manifestation and just try it out. Also, I don't know but it felt more like a supernatural tutorial to me. Thanks.
This was tremendously helpful and exactly what I needed to hear. I am going through some overwhelming changes in my life and cannot wait to begin practicing this! Thank you!
Hey Kriston! Thank you for bringing this past just the intellectual understanding. It truly is a breath of fresh air. I was curious to get your opinion if you ever have a moment. Apologies in advanced for the length I'll try to keep it concise. Wondering if you could shine your wisdom on some friction I'm experiencing in rectifying the recognition of our true nature and this practice which feels like a focusing on the separate self. They tend to feel at odds with each other at times. My current understanding of the ideal approach is to, first and foremost, recognize ourselves as Consciousness and not the separate self. We see clearly we are not the character but our true nature which is open, without boundary, accepting, peaceful, and primary. It can't be altered, harmed or diminished by experience. It is free from experience yet intimate with all of it. Thus the understanding that nothing could ever be experienced outside of consciousness. Everything arises in Consciousness, is known by Consciousness thus could only be made of Consciousness. All is the One. The recognition of "it's already done" arises because we are already that One. We can then begin this gentle and loving practice to the body from the perspective OF Consciousness knowing that the character is a manifestation/experience in ourselves not from the perspective of being the "separate self" alone. Is this how this "duality" between the apparent separate self and our true nature are rectified and conscious manifestation is experienced? Peace and Love ♥
@@kristonfjackson Of course. At times for me the practice feels like focusing on making energetic moves within the IS-ness of the body which then feels removed from the experience of the unchanging nature of Consciousness. Then my clarity faulters around who is making these moves
Absolutely love it! Simple and my favorite thing, however what is the fine line between this and „fantasying“. Because I am not quite sure when I’m shifting perspective or simply daydreaming. ❤ thank you for the video
I think the difference is fantasying is more about escaping the reality and seeing the fantasy as a seperate reality. What she talks about is not about ignoring the 3d or escaping, but more about focusing on what you wanna feel in any physical experience you have in 3d. So they are not seperate, you just choose the experience you desire. Feel free to correct me if i misunderstood
@@jessxyzyes kid of like a reenactment but one would argue it’s not because consciousness breathes through it regardlessly, it is definitely an experience and I just need to practice how to attain it. @@kristonfjackson Makes sense! Thank you for replying ❤️ Would you consider doing a video about changing several areas of your life at once? (At least 2 or 3) I imagine its the same affective process but you explain things so well. It would be helpful on that topic :)
Only you will know the answer to this because the affective nature of it is specific to YOU - the object of your desire does not actually have any inherent quality, the quality you feel when you embody it is your own and that is what we need to relax into.
@@kristonfjackson could you give any examples similar to the luxury one though of something that isn’t necessarily an emotion that you might feel as an affective nature when it comes to relationships?
How do you apply this to health? I am literally trying to fix my vision and grow a new liver. It seems overwhelmingly impossible sometimes because the physical body feels so unchangeable. Do I get into the state of being healthy?? How?
@@kristonfjacksoni am gripped by fear tears & pains tightening in my neck & back ... gripped by fear that death is imminent or an inevitable lifelong physical suffering. I can slowly relax but then the fear grips me again in waves. Im afraid im not powerful enough to create such miracles.
@@Aapplebum i think processing that fear is important in that context. Allow yourself to go into the fear and observe rather than get caught up in the experience. Get comfortable and familiar with watching them float away. Practice transcending it. The 3d is simply our own creation devoid of any meaning despite the one we've given it. And remember you create all the time and you can claim and become whatever, whoever you want once you choose to embody it. You are well. Because you are all.
One question is that should we use this technique when we are more in a peaceful/neutral state? Because I tried to use this when i was dealing with uncomfortable emotions and it felt like suppressing and denying them
Yes. If you are dealing with uncomfortable emotions you need to deal with those first. This technique is a visualisation exercise not an emotional regulation technique.
@@kristonfjacksonso the way you approach manifestation now is a mix of non dualism and law of assumption even though you call it law of reflection? cause non dualism never teach us about visualizing more so realizing who we are who is always permanent and the foundation of it all.
@@aptpink I don’t teach the law of assumption as I don’t resonate with the foundations of it that thoughts create reality or that we are causing anything. I am teaching awakening to ourselves as God through the path of conscious manifestation.
@@kristonfjackson yeah ok i understand but isn't visualizing/any techniques is nothing but mental work even though just did it for once not over and over? but is there really "awakening" in non dualism? like who's the one awaken when none of us have never left heaven?
@@aptpink Awakening is the realisation that we were never separate. Embodiment goes beyond thought. Technically we do not need to use techniques to manifest at all, which I will be making a video about soon, but I do like to talk about some techniques in order to cater to different levels of understanding. Maybe she's making room for a healthy new vibrant relationship. I find it very odd that you would feel it OK to comment on someone you do not know on a personal level..
Your casting judgment is a reflection of your inner state. Kriston's personal life is none of your business, and you have no idea as to whether anyone's prior relationships were parts of their bridges for the most spectacular love of their lives. If you think she shouldn't be "preaching" about manifesting, why are you watching her videos?
Just because a marriage ended, does not mean it wasn’t a healthy one or was “unsuccessful”. People can drift apart in a healthy way too. People can fall out of love in a healthy way too. Desires change and thats normal. Your comment just shows that something triggered you. Meditate on it.
