You need a wood shredder to turn your scrap woods or even bamboo into chips. Spread it around the tree like 3 inches thick and it helps to maintain the humidity of the soil and prevent the weeds from growing.

Finn and Shirlyn, you can plant Banana as a decorative plant but useful to eat. Also fruit trees around the propery. Bougainvillas are colorful plants near the swimming pool. Also a dwarf Coconut tree is lovely or a palm tree. You can have a professional landscaper to design your garden. You will have a fantastic house coming very soon. Slowly but surely your Dream Home is going to be finished soon. Good luck and God bless you all.❤❤❤

Great video as always... for the pool, put in a salt chlorinator with a PH pump then you don't have to worry about throwing in chlorine and managing the chemicals (well.. not so much). Also, great idea to prepare the plumbing for the heater inside the pump room. The heater generates cold air (like an aircon) so you get built in cooling for the pump and any controls you have in there...

Finn saw your property retaining walls which caught my concern about those walls will collapse due to water retention like catch a basin. you need to put concrete louvers so water can pass thru.
second your sliding doors to the pool need to be elevated about 2 inches or else when you have strong winds and rain will sip thru enter your living room.

The elders believe that if you plant a papaya tree in front of your house, you will have a sad life. It has something to do with the papaya sap, because if the trunk gets bruised, the sap will come out, and they associate it with tears. But it is okay to plant it as long as you plant it in your backyard instead of your front yard. They've got too many superstitions. They even say that planting cacti or anything with thorns is not okay, but I don't believe it. Life is just cause-and-effect. Our life situation is just the outcome of our choices and actions.
