It's definitely a challenge when you don't have a boat or kayak to find the crappie, lol. We always use a fish finder to help us locate them. Although I don't do much shore fishing for them I can still give you some information and locations if you plan on targeting them this summer. Just hit me up on my email. @@riversedgefishing thanks man! Yeah I fish on a paddleboard and actually have a deeper pro sonar that I’ll hook to it now and then so that was my plan. But I’ll definitely shoot ya an email!!
@@IdahoOutdoorDad Sounds good! 👍 Just an fyi, most of the time we fish for crappie in some pretty dang big reservoirs lol. We were just lucky to find crappie in this location of the video. They usually don't hang around there...
@@riversedgefishing yeah that’s what’s kept me from going after em, CJ is the closest reservoir to me that holds em that I know of and that’s pretty daunting on a paddle board haha. But think I’m gonna just throw out some crappie lines while I sturgeon fish down river a bit on the snake this Sunday.

I really want to get into crappie this summer. Never fished for before but I know the snake has em, just no clue where to start haha
