Unfortunately I did my research too late and found James Allen after. Kevin's doesn't offer refunds. So do you think I should stick with the ring from Kevin's? Are their diamonds bad, ok, good? Please any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have no experience with the jeweler and never heard of them. Who graded the diamond? If it wasn't GIA or AGS, then you likely got ripped off.
