    Whatever she is doing is how I THINK I dance...how to transfer those skills from my head to my actual limbs is whole different story! I have never felt so old in my life! Anyone here over 30?

      I'm 32 and I felt this exact same way in January however, key thing is to keep practicing - your body will get used to it. It's all about muscle memory... I feel so happy as I have mastered the legwork crossover and never thought I'd get it🙌🏾

      Same here 36 in 1 month and I just tried some of the new dance steps last week. I love music and I looove to dance I'm feeling it I'm really feeling it but my body speaks another language 😂😂😂
      And I thought I would never get out of dancing skills 😅

    I’m a proud African, but ashamed to say that I’m stiff like a rod and cannot dance at all 😭 hopefully this tutorial will help me progress before my mothers wedding. I refuse to embarrass myself and my family.

    We went South africa for our Honeymoon in 2017 .
    We went there in so many clubs and people Dancing there had a very different Vibe we tried to imitate them tried dancing with them . Some girls were so extremely sweet they holded my hand a wer trying to teach me.. I loveeeee their Vibe ❤️❤️ love from India

    Thank you so much I learned the moves! It took me approximately 1 month practicing everyday! The hardest one was the cross over and it took a bit longer. I did it really slow, then I got to a medium pace, and one day I was playing a fast African song and I started going faster and actually did it on the beat at full speed 💃🏾 I’ve danced all my life, including jazz ballet as a child, more as a bellydancer and bellydance instructor, which has more isolated moves.

    Thhhhhaaaaaannnnkkk youuuuuu!!!!! I have been trying to learn how to do the network dance for yeeeaaarrrss!! I have been trying to dissect it and have not been able to get it. I did this dance right after your tutorial. I showed my 21 year and 15 yo old and they were both impressed with my third non practiced no mirror attempt!!
