    Hi Michael 想问下你觉得 883方尺的未来物价增长率高吗?然后几年后容易售卖出去吗?

      Hi KEN , Sinaran 在batu kawan 属于 easy entry 的项目, 所以在资本上自然比别的项目省下了不少。
      至于脱手的话其实只要有当时合理的价格和condition 应该问题不大的。 现在也fully soldout 了,如果你已经拥有一间的话那已经是一个很好的进展哦😉

    Hi Michael , 请问你怎么compare 1044方尺,883方尺还有最小间600多尺的单位?

      谢谢收看TSIA RUI, 如果自住使用那就看个人而异,如果投资以房租cover instalment 为主的话个人觉得883方尺的可以优先考虑,毕竟1044也是3房,883也是3房,但两款的供期却相差500-600块。这就取自于holding power 有多强咯。
