Edit: Also the 2nd noise you hear is the sound that plays when the Master uses the screwdriver to age the Doctor.
The BBC shop’s website already has the deluxe edition available that’s where mine came from the arrived this afternoon after ordering it earlier in the week and the extra setting is there on mine but like the video says isn’t easy to access cause u have to get the number of button pushes correct

Actually, you press the main button 14 times before holding and sliding out the magnifier part to access the hidden laser screwdriver mode, then press it 15 times and hold it to change it back to default mode.
With the red lights it makes the sonic look even more like a computer mouse 😂
The second sound effect is present on the laser screwdriver too when it’s used to age up a target
