Better get a mountain bike. Even if you have a complete set of spare parts, a buried thousand gallon tank and a CRF, it will just be a constant (and loud) target for others to take. You’d better learn to ruck fast with a heavy pack or pedal hard over rough terrain with a medium pack. I have dirt and adventure bikes, but doubt I’d use them (unless in dire emergencies) if SHTF. Muscle powered is gonna be the only way to go, so get strong if you think this is coming.
A Ranger Handbook and a Boy Scout Handbook will help. Take a wilderness first responder and combat first responder course, and have an IFAC and tourniquet.
I didnt even think about the mountain bike route. I need to get on the fitness grind but I think as of rn I could pack whatever id need in a backpack and go for awhile if i was walking idk about riding the mountain bike. I do agree about the becoiming a target while using the dirt bikes and the sound becoming a target
@@onerider808 Ive been watching a lot of garand thumb on youtube and he goes over a bunch of survival things you mentioned above. Its crazy to think about but it may actually come in use one day who knows
@@onerider808 I wouldve liked a point of view from some of the other people in the movie whether that was either side of the military forces or even just the people that were pretending that the war didnt exist

Get the foam inserts for your tires so a flat won’t get you killed.
And get some NVGs and a anti-thermal/IR poncho/blanket

Civil war movie, boring waste of time
@@JasonMcAllisterPersonal i was entertained, but ngl i was annoyed they didnt say how they ended up in the war
Funny how they maximized the media’s heroism, while ignoring or downgrading the citizens’ actions.
