I liked the simplicity of the recipie with just a couple of dry masalas ,egg, Maggie masala and so many veggies and no additions like dark soy sauce, mayonnaise and stuff which I guess just kills the whole vibe of authentic maggie noodles! This is classic masala tadka maggie! Superb! 🙌🏻🔥
