Well Dark elven village always had Shilens statue but now it has been "pulled out" of the pit it was standing in. Remember? - Before only her hand could be seen from above and her face when you walked to the middle of village
Almost every town changed in the new update. Because some kind of plague came and: Every race starts at new "Talking Island". Giran was destroyed. Dwarven town was destroyed. Dark Elven village turned into some kind of dark temple (and there is a monument of the goddess in the middle). Most of other towns became war outposts, being empty allmost all of the time. No more fun grinding, now the game begins when you get 85 level (in matter of hours, not weeks like someday).
@Riddick1772 I played the game very briefly after the latest update but from what some npcs had to say, there had been some sort of cataclysm, I dunno, and every starting village go either destroyed or abandoned so now every race starts out on talking island so, naturally, it had to be made bigger to house all the guilds and stuff.

I dont understand ppl complaining about Talking Island, my god, you need to start reading all the lore since C3. The destruction of the world was the epic event predicted with all the seal that YOU gathered from the catacombs and necropolis. Did you think only in ancient adena stuff??
you are right, but i was talking ONLY about the MUSIC, because the videos is about the MUSIC. Seems like not only you mixed it up, but prolly every person who downvoted me. this theme is a very good one and and not any worse than the previous one. I assumed that the person i replied to was talking about the music too

まだｷﾞﾘｷﾞﾘ現役、、休止復帰を繰り返してるゲームです。。記憶違いしてるかもですがこのBGMになったのは
覚醒職が来た頃だったかな？？あのUPﾃﾞの初日にこの島に多くの人が覚醒職になる為に集まってる時にこのBGMを聴いてた気がします
まだ友達や知りあいも多くいて、なんかよくわかんないけど始まるんだな～新しい何かが･･･と期待を膨らませてた当時が懐かしいです
大好きなBGMです！

Love it so much that just by listening to it I feel like playing L2 again...
To be honest... This game died many years ago...
Chronicle 3 and 4 was the best.

I dunno its a good theme on its own, it sounds similar to the old talking island theme only alot more heroic.
I play GoD and this is not Lineage 2 and no Talking Island anymore !!!
what happened to Talking Island ? its changed so much and i dont know why ? why Talking island and not Dark elf village or something else ? ...
and before this talking had a better song
