Most of the rubble & concrete slabs plus the build up of Rhych Point occurred late 40s not so much to reduce erosion but to create more land for development, discretely financed by Newton Estates and by fraudulently obtaining a sanction for a CPO , originally 250 acres but ending up as 56 , which would have given Porthcawl a world class recreation stadium ( the bowl) unfortunately the lack of deeds & proof of legal ownership meant that plan was doomed from the start. Even though the conditions or covenant on the land stipulated what it could be used for , it was always intended that in the future it would be built on , as was tried in 1929, Newton Estates has always held a degree of control over the land due to the illegality of the 1948 deal. Today it’s the same scam just different perpetrators.
Other videos of mine display the documents & newspaper articles that create the storyline of the past 100 years, even BCBC had to come clean about two covenants that exist from 1906 & 1948 that prohibited building anything other than recreational themed structures, now claiming the legislations have been weakened in their favour. In 1930 PUDC were given control over the Crown Lands presumably to prevent Newton Estates doing anymore damage with sir. TG Jones’s controlling lease ( not deeds)
Porthcawl would be better served under The Vale or Neath Port Talbot.
