  • Cale looks at a key principle the Founding Fathers got right even though many of them didn't live up to it themselves. July 4th is the feast day of Pier Giorgio Frassati, a heroic saint and a model for our times. Plus, Cale looks at the faith of Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla.

I'm glad to see the Cale Clarke Show continuing, and this episode is one very good reason why. They cover so much ground with great insight, especially regarding the spiritual life. Even if (Declaration of) Independence Day isn't a religious holiday, there are spiritual overtones in it, particularly because of the words in that document. God bless the USA!

A pleasure to hear your show. That tid bit about the rosary made out of the boston garden's floor is very cool. Lucas, have you thought about joining the priesthood?

Amen, producer Lucas, at the end of the day God is in control. "Put not your trust in men. Put not your trust in princes."
