Definitely so important to acknowledge when you're mentally exhausted and burnt out. We don't feel like doing anything. It's important to be kind to yourself and just set yourself one (or two) tasks a day and if you complete at least one that is something and will make us feel better knowing we are least done something but not too overwhelming to put us back into burn out. Day to day life: chores, work, or just life in general is so busy these days and it can be overwhelming at times for us to keep up with everything so definitely take some time 🙏❤
