The World’s Strongest Man also reveals how much he could bench press and squat in his prime and what he considers his greatest feats of strength. Mark Henry also talks about his eye for talent and mentorship has helped superstars Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, Braun Strowman, Samantha Irvin, and others. He reveals his #1 rule that he tells all of the wrestlers he mentors. Plus, O’Shea and TJ ask Mark which wrestlers he would pick to fight against 100 drunks in a bar fight which led to a true bar fight story about Sean O’Haire. Part 2 of 2.

Mark henry probably is the closest thing we have to a modern urban legend, I could listen to his stories all day. great interview lads
This episode and part 1 let me know we didn't and still don't appreciate Mark Henry enough. He's a bonafide legend in a league of his own for feats in and outside of professional wrestling. Just like Kurt Angle was a legit Olympic champ, Brock Lesnar a legit arse kicker who dominated the MMA world in the UFC, Mark Henry was a legit strongman who achieved feats hardly anyone can talk about, someone no one else can talk about. Thank you Mark, legend.
this entire podcast is hands down my favorite mark henry interview ever.

The list was decent. Flair never had a run as the guy in WWE. Brock doesn't have the career to knock anyone in that list out..maybe an argument can be made for Randy Savage

4 of my Top 5 made that list. I woulda moved a bunch of those around, Piper and Savage would be higher, and I would switch-out Edge with Eddie Guerrero...but it's not MY list. SI list wasn't...terrible.
