Thank you. I have had so many mysterious errors since I "upgraded" to an HP EliteBook 850 with the latest version of Windows 11. I am using XAMPP Control Panel v.3.3.0, the most latest version since the beginning of this year. My database keeps getting corrupted for no reason! And it is random. Not every day but periodically I have to create a backup of my database, locate the file db.MAI and copy it over, overwriting that particular file then it starts working. Then today my user accounts mysteriously lost access to the database, including the pma you mentioned. Thank you so much your solution was so easy but ugg the headaches!

Hi, can you please create a new pma account at the 127.0.0.1 port. Like this:
create user pma@127.0.0.1;
And then click on edit privileges and grant the privileges as shown in video.
