I was kind of happy that when Jamie admitted that he was a coward for not telling Claire the truth about his marriage to Laoghaire and it showed that he can be flawed. A fair amount of men would make up excuses for it and tried to justify their excuses. When my Godfather's wife divorced him, and he and his mother went around telling people that his ex-wife divorced him because he was a mama's boy to hide the truth that my Godfather cheated on his wife with his mistress and the wife walked on them.

The scene of Jamie swimming in the ocean by the ship to save Claire was to me so emotional, in its beauty of his love for her ( even if it would be near to impossible to stay alive that long...it brought me to tears...hats off to you all... must admit Sam Heughan not wanting to say " I swear if you die I"ll kill you" when they were floating in the ocean waters...really did not jive so well.🏆💔
Claire was stunning while visiting Scotland where she visited the clan Mckenzie grave site and Lolibrook...and when she saw Jamie in her bedroom in Boston...oh they kill me.
i dont think there is an onscreen love story between husband and wife amidst their adventures and challenges, movie, tv series or otherwise as complete and fulfilling to watch as Outlander.
I guess it was because Claire really couldn't leave Brianna behind until she was old enough. What i didn't like, though, was that Roger finds out after such a short time investigating that Jamie survived. Why didn't Claire investigate this more herself?
