I find it funny how on one side of the kitchen I just hear clinging, banging, clicking, and popping. And then it cuts to the old man taking his time with the radio and it's just super relaxed. Then it goes back to the other chefs and the noise is like a storm lol 🤣 ... The guy with the dumplings. Is interesting. How he does that is exactly how I crumple up my candy wrappers. Maybe I could be a dumpling guy lol

若い頃ラーメンを食べ歩き喜楽さんへ行き今まで食べた事のない味に驚きました。あの時の美味しさが記憶に残っています。
東京に出てきて初めて食べたラーメンが喜楽さんのもやし麺、食べたこと無い味で忘れられません。今の店舗に建て替える前だったけど当時から近くのサラリーマンに人気のお店でした。

This restaurant is a bit of a legend in Tokyo because it's one of the oldest continually-existing shops that serve ramen in the city.
渋谷に行けば喜楽にいける。いつもついでの用事で行っていた喜楽。近々に喜楽に行くために渋谷行って、炒飯ともやしワンタン麺を食べに行きます。
