John as one of the families looking for detached in a particular neighborhood close to our work
- two weeks ago sellers were asking 999999 - 1.2.
No bungalows sold in past 10 days
At least five had offer nights, apparently declined all offers & have relisted +100k
- We are just starting to put in offers but we're certainly not going to add $100,000 to the pot
- We will keep monitoring and likely put in offers as houses come on the market

The corruption that runs through this administration is getting scarier. I feel sympathy for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Imagine investing $1000 and receiving $4,200.
