Great to see him looking so much better , and as a saints fan I can tell you this guy could really play . Would snap your arm off some his talent and passion to play right now .
Razor I was there in a black hole listening to your on Harry’s hero’s I changed my life style because of you I thought the answers weee in the bottom of a bottle or a pint my wife and kids. Tried to help byr I was in the grip.so thank you avid Liverpool fan home and away
For those playing this down, believe me, this is a very thin edge displayed through pleasantness of Depression. Sure, he had the Lifestyle, money and all the rest of it, but generally, many footballers don't have direction straight after football or have not thought and planned that far ahead. Again, because it's a 'bloke', this appears not to be taken too seriously.
I loved Ruddock at Liverpool, he was the steel we needed at the time. He came over to Dublin, to my shitty local pub with Dominic Matteo one night, I bought Razor a pint at the bar and slagged him over his pace, he laughed and whacked me in the balls with the back of his hand! That took the wind out of my sails! But he was a giant man, and he was slaughtering the free pints. Love ya Razor! YNWA!
I wonder if Neil is a recovering alcoholic like myself. A lot of the things he says suggest that. See a lot of similarities to myself in this interview. He looks happy and healthy these days. Great to see.
I like Razor but was disappointed in him when he appeared on ( don’t pay we’ll take it away ) when he didn’t pay the kennel that looked after his dogs for two weeks when he went on holiday. Hopefully he paid up and I still enjoy listening to him👍
Never Regret signing Neil back in 1993. Some good times, but we fell as always short in winning trophies, maybe because the 90s for Liverpool had more younger players and wanted to party and have a good time. Discipline and Self Control is the hard one in life to uphold and sustain through rain-wind and sunshine.
See how the male presenter seems easily bonded and the female doesn't even seem that bothered. If the guest was female, I wonder if she would be received differently.
she seems to have that London metropolitan sneer when confronted with what she considers the dregs of society, doesn't she? you can see the contempt she has for ruddock.😢😢😢
Neil ia an awfully nice man. He failed to find a role for himself after retiring from football. This happens to a lot ot professional sports people. It may not seem so when you're involved, but it is a very short career. I wish Neil all the best.
Razor has been a Character for years that U didn't really like, watching Neil Ruddock in this interview is incredible. Humble and looks lime he's turned his life around. Great to see, will defo read his book.
"Toxic" is the title of his book so the title has been quite cleverly written to make it look like it's a toxic interview. It's like it is click bait but actually factually correct at the same time, quite clever really to be honest.
Good luck Razor. Hope things go well from now on.
Ive never been his bighest fan as a player, but this is in no way toxic and he actually comes across rather well.
Toxic his book name 🤪
Great to see him looking so much better , and as a saints fan I can tell you this guy could really play . Would snap your arm off some his talent and passion to play right now .
Bone idle in training at West Ham apparently.
But went around kicking the opposition on Saturday afternoon's so everyone loved his commitment.
A very average footballer

Agree with the “bloke” but the white male no longer matters in this world, that said he wants to grow up and stop being a big baby
Discipline and football were never Ruddock’s forte.
This is a great interview from Neil.
Well done Razor!!! Keep up the fantastic work…..from a Forest fan!

It's no secret he's had/got a drink problem
Neil Ruddock wasn't a bad player. He had a lovely left foot.
Beautiful left he had.

It's the name of his book, got nothing to do with the interview.
its the name of the book, you complete and utter clown!

It’s called knowing when to solo and knowing when to play the song.

He looks much better than he did a few years ago
He watches The BBC every morning...F#@k dat😂😂😂
The sheer apathy and downright disgust that woman has for Razor stands out a mile. What is her problem with him I wonder.
aw what a nice bloke. good luck with your new future Lazer
she seems to have that London metropolitan sneer when confronted with what she considers the dregs of society, doesn't she? you can see the contempt she has for ruddock.😢😢😢
She was a sports reporter on NW news before breakfast news so is based in Salford which is no, metropolitan London 🥴
Zero personality. A couple of amateurish, lifeless interviewers

"Razor Ruddock TOXIC interview 2024" The interview is not toxic, rather Razor talking about his 'toxic' past'!
Looks amazing now
*The book is called toxic
Neil ia an awfully nice man. He failed to find a role for himself after retiring from football. This happens to a lot ot professional sports people. It may not seem so when you're involved, but it is a very short career. I wish Neil all the best.
?? I was looking for Donovan RAZOR RUDDOCK .
Razor looks really well, good luck to him
The female presenter looks like she despises him, yet she used to be the 'sports presenter'.
Nice one Razor
Has he done strictly yet?
Ha ha. Good one
Well done Razor! Top man. Play up Pompey!
An honest interview
That wigs amazing Neil👍
You would put a bit more up top if it were a wig.
Well played Mr Ruddock 👍

Yeah cheers for this
Real geezer sound lad met him and John Barnes at Anfield!
Is he being honest here? He was getting fined for being overweight when he was at Crystal Palace.
Wasn’t he on an episode of cant pay we’ll take it away for unpaid bills?
He’s a state , I remember him on can’t pay take it away , not paying his boarding kennel fees ?
