For every single stage of my life this guy has a song that puts me back on track and grounds me. Boy, It Ain't Easy When You Fall, Dead Man Walking, and this gem! How can it be he has not been officially recognized as one of the great writers of the last 50 years? I shook his hand once, way back in 1980 in Montreal. I was waiting in line to get into his show and he exited a restaurant that the line passed by. He smiled because he knew I recognized him and stuck out his hand like I was an old friend. Great guy, awesome writer.
