Dr. nightshade I remember watching Ghost Rider knock Galactus on his ass with the Penance Stare. The scene gave more to the idea that extraterrestrials and the supernatural need not be mutually exclusive (completely separate from one another).
Any flaws in this movie are also true of the comics and all the great things from the comic are there. Other comic films may have surpassed it since but at the time it was the best IMO. If you want to see a guy with a flaming skull head being cool and doing impossible stunts on a motorbike while being bothered by Satan, then this is for you. If you don't want that then why are you watching a Ghost Rider film? It IS Ghost Rider really. Probably the comic film that most gets the appeal of the comic instead of changing loads of things. It's Ghost Rider in a movie! And this version of the song was really long overdue, since the early 70s, as the comic was really crying out for a rocked up version! Finally, here it is.
