I heard wrongly. I initially heard as Jialat Interior.
But hey, it is so so nice. I might need some glass windows for the kitchen as I am a heavy cook for the family.

Very well done ! No exposed trunking, wiring, plumbing and no weird beam flying randomly across the ceilings and carpentry that were built around beams , column and recess in wall. Most people couldn’t see the important of these and the diff it makes.

true! these details are often overlooked but they make the home so much cleaner and uniform overall

"Perfectionist" is when u do things yourself...if not its called a "Painintheass"

WRONG. Perfectionists can still be realistic, they just seem fussy to certain extent just because they want things to the best they can possibly be. Painintheass is simply delusional with ridiculous requirements. As an id, you’re paid to do your job, if you can’t be bothered to give your best then you’re PAIDpainintheass.

Even id's can be perfectionists yknw. Wedding planners, etc. people can have job done for them but they need it done perfectly so they will be annoying but the result is timeless beauty
