@mavofficial2430 thats all well and good bud, but... ark was an early access game that used its player base to fund the completed version which is nearly identical to the first version, minus dinosaurs the community requested, and extra bloom. Aside from that its the same game with a new price tag slapped on it. They easily added new mechanics and dinos to ark, IE reinonatha so anyone could argue that the changes in ascended should have simply been update patches for ark but the devs wanted to take advantage of a loyal player base for profits... but i digress. I have a boot you might want to lick, LMK.
@@Alkamatus ur a ark player. How much time have you spent having a blast with friends? How many good memories do you have from playing? If ur anything like me, all the issues aside. Then what 150 dollars total if you bought ase and Asa and the bobs tales dlc. I’ve spent way more money for way less so I’m not gonna complain. I honestly want them do to a paid skin shop like Fortnite as long as they can do it without breaking the game just to fund the game so they can afford to put more into it.
@@Alkamatusyou do realize creating a game isn’t free. Every dev has a salary. The game had been out forever with little extra funding bc everyone already bought the game. How would you expect them to fix anything? If there’s no money coming in then there is no devs and no servers. Without devs or servers there’s no game. So would you prefer the game to just evaporate?

Scorch Earth it's a map I remeber fondly from my single player time on ASE. It's not as difficult as the Island but it has a lot of smaller challanges that will keep you engaged all the way to the end. I also have a tip for new players: the obeliscs oasis might be dangerus but they are very rich in resources, if you manage to exterminate the local wild life. When I played my base was at the green obelisc, it was a struggle to clear it out in the early game, but once I was done I had many resources and useful creatuers just outside my doorstep
Yea wow, it's a hard one to solo play. At least compared to Island. Was constantly dying to groups of wolfs, raptors, scorps, etc. And then is wanting to play on an official server, I had to wait in a queue for over four hours. And almost every inch of river coastlands were already all reserved. You tips will be sure to help.

My base is miles away from any metal and Ive traveled over 2000m on foot (my dinos keep getting attacked). I’ve lost my inventory countless times and it’s pissing me off. I’ve built a hut with a bed by the metal but that’s been destroyed too
OK, even the veterans don't know this because clearly none of them put this tip in their videos.Nobody does, so I'm gonna give all of you guys.The tip that nobody gives you when grabbing wyvern eggs bring a oviraptor with you it steals the eggs 4 u and the wyvern don't agrow on u so u can steal more then 1 egg at a time .ur welcome .
Hear me out.... Ark was ALWAYS an in development game and we were simply funding the real version of it, ASCENDED.
Fax as much as people want to complain and whine I had no issue buying ascended. Games cost money to make and they are doing a good job on ascended.

Tip 1: You won’t be able to get on due to full servers.

Tame Kentro’s they are very good for base defense and if you get a group of them you can take down death worms
