      No, Everyone with Insufficient C15:0 Fats (below 0.2% in Cell Membranes) have Diseases. That's the definition of an Essential Nutrient.
      If Americans had been eating Whole Milk from Cows Eating Grass... nobody would be C15:0 deficient. Instead, we use Skim Milk from Corn Fed Cows. ~30% Have this Deficiency, and all of these have significant Metabolic Disease.

      No, Everyone Deficient in C15 has disease because of the deficiency. 0.2% C15 content in Red Blood Cell Membranes is the threshold for disease.

      Pretty ignorant comment, really. It’s pretty easy to understand why humans would need to evolve in a way to survive food shortages. Our current climate of insane food surplus is not only unprecedented, but it is something we will evolve to handle….over the proper time period. Evolution doesn’t occur overnight.

    • @iswearallthetime
      @iswearallthetime День назад

      @@kevinfinch126close, but no. Animals all evolve as a result of the environment they live in. So when humans had to actually do everything to just survive and exist, it's then we evolve over time, fast forward to now....especially we move more and more into modernity, there is an over abundance of food available at all times along with extremely safe havens for hundreds of thousands of people to exist, meaning we don't trigger the evolutionary changes needed because we aren't in any danger of any significance anymore.

    Fascinating podcast.
    Like the science discussion very much, even including dolphins.
    Question why you feel obligated to discuss evolutionary theories.

    Dolphins lived on land then chose to reenter the ocean... Well I choose to live in space, let see how successful I become.
