Well, I hope viewers listen all the way through, because sometimes it takes repetitions using different words to enable an understanding. I think you are sharing (offering) a very good mechanism we can adopt that can improve our lives. Simple and as good as that.
As a bonus, I paused the video to fetch my glasses and the cursor accidentally landed on some options. One of them was 'sub titles' Yay ! I selected them and could take in what was being said without the struggle of listening. Perhaps we struggle too much, when with a little thought, we need not. Thank you for some good advice.
