You have shelly rank 30 so you must be pretty good, do i upgrade Chester or Shelly? (I desperately need a competitive assasin/tank counter other then cordelius and colette)
I would suggest Shelly as although Chester is good in the current meta, Shelly is a more reliable tank counter as her super is better than Chester’s. Chester will also receive a nerf soon whereas Shelly will always be consistent. However, if you do not have hypercharge for Shelly it is more preference of play style. Shelly would be my pick, but play style is also important 🙃 Hope this helped
