But the mental activity will take months and in some cases of long term heavy usage a year or longer. That’s why relapse is almost certain with drug abusers.
Absolutely no sympathy for this man. He’s brought nothing but misery, pain and humiliation to so many people that I absolutely have no empathy for what he’s going through. No matter what he’s going through, it can’t be nowhere near as bad as what he put other people through.

Inmates don’t need to go to the hospital for psychiatric mental breakdowns due to poor coping with incarceration. They can’t keep you on extremely close watch even if you’re trying to actively kill yourself, which is very common. People are very unhappy about being in jail. They often demand to be taken to the hospital, and we just as often usually deny this request unless there is an emergency that cannot be handled by on-site staff. There are nurses, doctors and psychiatric professionals in jails and prisons.

He'd definitely a snitch just like his daddy. But, his hope to escape totally scott-free won't allow him to admit to anything unless they give him a sweetheart deal. I don't think the feds are going to do that. The evidence is probably strongest against him so they'll prosecute him first as a litmus test. If they bag him, then they'll probably start charging others.
