Roundhouses are so simple in their design that I can understand some people being underwhelmed, but yeah, I was going for authenticity. I really had to push myself creatively to make this build look special.

Why doesn't this man get more love, yet why isn't he a designer for Minecraft village's. If he had a job and was the one designing all the Minecraft villagers, with no hesitation I would live at each village I find.
Problem is that people would just use villages as a resource looting place instead of getting those resources in other ways. It would make the game easier in some ways. While it would be a cool idea to implement it, it would stray away from the creativity and survival aspect of the game.
I keep forgetting about using trap doors as thin walls. My animal pens always end up looking so bulky. Yours are perfect. This is a really beautiful and stylish build. Thanks for sharing!

Most *Celts* lived on farms or in small villages. in the 6th and 5th centuries BCE, *Celtic* Leaders in different parts of Europe built vast hillforts. Later *Celts* often lives in an oppidum, or fortfield *town*, while in coastal Scotland they built defensive stone towers.

Stripped spruce wood, sometimes I mix in spruce planks. It was a challenge to get the village to look good since celtic roundhouses are somewhat plain looking, so I used path blocks, hay bales and wheat to get some color into the build.
Sometimes I regret for having Minecraft on my ps an not on my pc. I can’t download such good maps and there are very few seeds :( But I loved your village and I am looking forward for the tutorials.
