Let's be honest, Dragonite's design was a very unexpected transformation that Dragonair and Dratini gave no hint they would eventually turn into. They almost pulled a Magikarp-Gyarados type of evolution on us.
So I decided to tackle a redesign of a Pokemon evolution that has always confused me...

This gorgeous new design kinda looks like a hybrid of Lugia and Rayquaza

Hey nice video! Your redesign fits much better in the line of evolution than the official one. I like it!
I would love to see a Rapidash redesign. I mean, I love it to death, but in the end it's just a burning horse/unicorn.

I never wanted to evolve it to it's final evolution as it wasn't as cool as the previous ones. The second evolution is still one of my all time favourite pokemon. Lovin' your redesign 😊. Another one of my favourites is Gardevoir.

Love your redesign so majestic! My suggestion would be Alolan Persian it seriously needs a better design.

Quite majestic and gorgeous indeed. Original too, differing from the other redesigns for dragonite I have seen floating around the internet for a while now. (Though perhaps a different name for this new creation should be considered seeing the lithe nature of the being. Edit: Upon further inspection of my folder, it appears that there *have* been some redesigns based on a more eastern approach. Still, yours is quite striking indeed, and it stands out among the rest in its own way.) While I haven't considered its next iteration of being an eastern origin, it makes a perfect fit for this slender serpent, and the color palette contrasts and compliments quite nicely with each other. I can see the design taking influence as if it were from a new designer (Which it is coming from you.) like in the newer Pokemon games, but also complimenting the older Sugimori style of Pokemon like that of Johto and Hoenn for instance. While I cannot say you would be a good fit for Pokemon's current style of aesthetics that favor a more streamlined, simplified, and soft approach to its design philosophy as seen with the sense of uniformity as seen with the Galarian starters, or the push for a more Yokai-Watch influenced approach like seen with impidimp and eiscue barring a few exceptions, I think your style would compliment a newer style of Pokemon aesthetics and design quite well that would better unify the divide seen in the factions that have cropped up over the years since Pokemon Gen 5 and going into 3D. (Which itself has probably contributed to favoring a simpler style for animation and toy manufacturing for ease of production. That, and to sate the apparent craze for "cute", round style going in the Japan for the last few years.)
Having seen two examples of your work, I think it is safe to say your way of going about the redesign/creation of new Pokemon could go over well *if* it could somehow be implemented on a larger scale. Something that is probably not likely considering the sheer scale of Pokemon there is right now, never mind the creation of original Pokemon to go over on top of that and the myriad of other issues that can be said to plague the current generation of Pokemon. That being said, I would advise you to take a stab at the fakemon and variant trends that have been going on and off for the past couple of decades and see what you can make of it. I'd be curious to see what you would be able to make under the art sensibilities like seen in the older generation of Pokemon, while also seeing what you could do to utilize your current style to forge a new evolution of art style that goes in its own direction, while also complimenting and honoring what came before in remaining consistent with the more angular style of the older generations.
It's some food for thought at least if nothing else. Though speaking of redesigns, I would also be curious if you could take a stab at making a re-redesign of the Alohan and Galarian variants of certain Pokemon like ninetales and sandshrew. Again, nothing strictly wrong with their designs and art style, but they seem to lean very heavily on being softer, rounder versions of what came before, so perhaps for a future project you could tackle and give your own original take that either deviates and/or innovates on top of what has been seen from Gamefreak's artists. The likes of the Alohan ninetales has something going for it, but I cannot quite shake the feeling it is rather round and soft compared to the reality of its fire type counterpart. It's still there, but it seems... Well, lesser in a certain sense, less *sharp* for the lack of a better word to describe the sensation that it elicits upon viewing it. I've seen a few takes on the Alohan ninetales that does more to emphasis a sharp take on it that seems to blend quite well for it, so it might be worth investigating as a future project for the future at some point if you are willing to go for it.
By the way, I did stumble across a few videos and even tumblr post that seemed to address my observations and put them into words, I'll place them below this sentence for your reference.

In short, Pokemon have become more rounded and streamlined in their creation to suit current art trends, ease of production for 3D modeling, animation, and merchandise production, and influence taken from franchises like Yokai-Watch. (Plus the current artist responsible for a large amount of mons too, and the shift from Pokemon being something from a fantasy animal ecology to more of a character based thing like seen with the Kalos starters.)
Moving a bit further onward, I think trying to tackle something like the servine and serperior with an alternate take would be nice, perhaps along with the oshawott line in the process.
Starting with the snivy line, I can see what they were going for, and for the most part have no problem with the resulting end results. That being said however, I had brainstormed an alternate design for servine and serperior that have something more bipedal in nature in the interest of maintaining consistency, perhaps some hybrid between said bipedal forms and of a nagaesque variant that would allow for a much greater emphasis on the arms and legs for said mons, a fire/grass type iteration that involved a spear/halberd wielding mon with knight/noble motifs considering the French origins for said mon. In essence, a more muscular, physical mon that rings of a fighting type sort of mon that gets in close and personal as a cubone would while using its powers to immobilize its opponents before moving in for the kill. Admitably, this is more of my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and RP influences rubbing off on the mon, a more "civilized" sapient mon if it were to evolve in the influence of a homegrown pokemon society that had forged its own civilization that take inspiration from human history and societies of the past. But I figure it would be peculiar to see it finally take form with a competent artist. I've tried my own take using pencil and paper, but the resulting mon was... Well, it left much to be desired to say the least. This one is more of an optional request than anything else, coming with the expectation it will never see it being done. But perhaps something like this could serve as the basis for inspiration for your own further iteration on such starters and other mons with such influences in mind. And if it is actually done, so much the better as a happy happenstance. Assuming you are willing and wanting to actually tackle it, I can provide further design notes I have made on the mons to see what you can do with it. It has the great potential to be a cringeworthy OC fresh from a place like deviantART, but perhaps with the right artist, anything is possible.
Same could be said for the alternative third evo for the chikorita line that has been dubbed "strigaleaf" as per a Grass/Poison variant that takes a more aggressive, proactive stance as seen with the servine from before. In essence, a semi-active physical/special fighter more suited for direct confrontations suited for a quadruped that may or may not be out of place in something like Smash Bros if implemented properly, and also addressing some of the grievances I had with how meganium turned out to be. Again, this isn't something I expect to be addressed, but in the event you are interested, I can provide further design notes and possible collaboration if you proved to be interested.
One more on the chopping block I have been more successful in redesigning to a degree would be beedrill, or rather "bladebee" in this instance that takes further inspiration I have seen from alternate takes on the on while also largely maintaining its overall design, mirroring something akin to kabutops with flexible blades. As said before, I can provide further notes on this and even a piece of "art" I managed to weave into being if you are curious.
On an end note, I am happy to see you being active again despite current events, and hopefully we shall soon see more like what has been seen here in the future. Keep up the good work Trixks, and I shall remain watchful for future content in this vein.
(Also, you *almost* got the name right. It's more meant to be pronounced Forlance-Au-Bice, like bison. Otherwise it's just a small thing that I am not worried about. I am just glad my contribution inspired you to go on and make this video in the first place.)

Nice design! I really like the blue and white colors. I can see this Pokémon being used by an elegant/fashionable gym leader. My suggestions would be the starter Pokémon from black and white (mainly because thats the onlyone i know lol) but i thought it was a little weird that oshawatt, tepic, and snivy kida do the dragonite thing especially snivy how she and oshawatt have two legs and then their final forms for oshawatt is now on all 4, and snivy is now a serpent. To me it was kinda weird

Can you make Dragonite to be less looking kind instead, make it more badass looking like the first impression for Dragonite is strong just like the impression we get for other pseudo legendaries? Like Salamence, Tyranitar, Garchomp, etc.

This IS my version of Dragonite. I'm not really gonna make another one that doesn't follow on with the design direction Dratini and Dragonair established, hence how my interpretation turned out the way it did
