She worked blood, sweat and tears to make herself stronger, even though unlike most people like naruto, sasuke or ino who already had powers or inherited some. To tell the truth, i recognised that, Tsunade has that monster strength of 60% in her leg and 40% strength in her hand. Sakura has 80% monster strength in her hand and 20% strength in her leg.
