Nice work but you might want to ease in and out and work on your animation but the set and lighting and angle were good
Looks a really good test. One thing to try is just hold a pose for a few more frames. When he throws the spear/rod it's lost a little. Having him pull back, hold and throw would just allow the viewer to see more clearly what happened.
