I set this up with my PS4 and everything was going good until I turned the PS4 on. the capture card started to blink white and red. per the manual it says it's only using USB 2.0 capability(the reason why it is blinking white/ red, needs to be a USB 3.0 port) and I am using the cable that came with the capture card andd it is plugged into a USB 3.0 port but I still have no video signal. Once I turn the PS4 off, it returns to a solid white light on the PS4. why am I still getting no signal?

I'm glad that this video is able to help you out! To answer your question - that's a bit tricky. You'll need to have some special mixer for that purpose. I'm not sure if you're able to do it via software.
I figured it out on PS4Pro Audio Output Settings - Primary Output Port - set to DIGITAL OUT(OPTICAL) - Audio Format(Priority) - set to Bitstream(Dolby) Streamlabs OBS / OBS - at the bottom of your new NZXT source , check Use custom audio device - choose HDMI(NZXT Signal 4k30 Audio) WIth these settings I'm able to still use my PC USB Mic + hear all audio from PS4Pro on stream

Discord streaming is more complicated. Assuming you have a microphone and you want game audio to show up together, you'll have to mix both audio sources together before feeding it to Discord.
Is this capture card useful to stream on pc ? Sometime you can get lag when u Play and stream in the meantime. Can you just capture your PC screen instead of a console?
You can directly capture your PC screen instead of a console to alleviate the potential performance impact that it will introduce. But then again, that means you need to have two PCs - one for gaming and then output to the second PC dedicated for streaming via this capture card.
Yes it is used for streaming. Some streamers use different computer to handle the game stream. In case the gaming PC glitched out. And more consistent stream output.
