Johns legs size doesnt match up with his strength. But even though theyre not "huge" like others his quad muscles look like they have muscles on top of them. Dudes insane.
I know orals like anadrol and dbol have some unique properties for strength that you can't really replicate with injectables but why the anavar? I'm curious why you include it and what you gwt from it. Why not just bump your test up another 100-200mg a week?

What do yall do when your hurt. I pulled something in my back and haven’t been able to lift in over a week. I had made such good progress and I feel like it’s all going away as I lay here trying to heal. Any of yall or John himself got any advice?
Don't rush it.
If possible, do any exercises that don't cause you pain, the closer to compound lifts the better.
No matter how much weight, no matter how many repetitions, the main thing is something.
That said, take the injury seriously and take a break if necessary.
That’s what I did when I messed up my shoulder and it healed fine.

Pretty much all my warm ups are in the video. Basically between 1-8 reps

Hey John, big fan here. Do you recommend stronglifts 5x5 program for novices. I don't have any plan to competing, just want to get stronger on compounds.
Great program for a beginner
He's got the app, that covers beginners to elite I think? But stronglift is good enough.. did it a while ago until I hit plateau on bench and squat.. switched to an intermediate program afterwards after around 8 months on stronglift
That is a solid program to start out.
I'd do the normal Starting Strength the program is based on, 3x5 three times a week is plenty. By set 4 and 5 most beginners are just going to look like bambi on the ice. One flaw of these programs is the bench frequency and upper body in general, if I had to make an alteration it would be always benching on mon/fri and leaving OHP for the wednesday only while you do chins/pull-ups every session.
@@frysebox1 Actually I did Stronglifts for 9 months and then had 6 months break. Now get back into lifting again but want to try somewhat different. I think I'll do little tweaks on stronglifts by bumping up to volume of pulling especially. I agree on what you said and thank you for taking the time and answer btw.
About how fast did you go from a 315 bench to 405?

How you increase strength of bench press? What's is the training?
Bench more days with less sets. 3 days of bench with only 2-3 sets
All my training programs are on my app
@@Nikki-zp9bdi did more frequency and more sets with lower intensity and it’s been working great for me. I guess it’s different for each person. Like 40 something sets per week for bench. 6 times per week frequency.
