I am about to start on my own copper square shingle fabricating and installation project on my own home going to be a long project trying to decide if i should just buy the shingles pre-made or buying a van mark brake and fab myself. +Vu Nguyen yes i had to use copper ones, and you must too. but that was the owners decision to use roofing nails. if you r handy you better buy a brake, otherwise any supplier gonna charge you much more than it costs. thank you for compliment

By aluminum break? Banged over wooden templet? The last one was what my dad theeatend me with when I complained about the break. What song is that?
No, i made them on a regular van mark brake 8-footer.. and yes some of the shingles look ripply, i probably tried to lock the flat seam and banged on some with a mallet.. never do that..
