Just WOOOW!! Your chicken looks CRAZYJUICY, FLAVORFUL, TASTY & DEEE-LICIOUS!! I have watched several vids searching for a YUMMY spatchcock chicken recipe. And, I am so happy, I do not need to look any further. Your recipe is PERFECT!! I esp LOVE the blend of seasonings you use and the veggies for sure. Some folks are afraid of adding too much, do not add nearly enough and their food ends up bland. You ROCKED IT!! I just returned to this video again... I did find the amount of spice mixture was very generous so I make only half the amount, this is a very excellent recipe that I have now made many times... thank you again... it is one of my very favorites.
Here in Australia I have tried a lot of your recipes in my opinion this is the best. The spices were superb and the finished product as you said was so moist and juicy. My wife said I can cook it again. Keep up the good work I love it and say hello to Sammy. We are Samoyed people as well.

Boom nice...only thing for me I got to wash that chicken up good ( dont care what they say about not doing this), gut it and get rid of any gunk then singe any hairs off it before I season it up. Tfs Claudia
