1. Start with the circle
This one's the sexiest and easiest. All you need to do is feel the joints of your hip and shoulder and make a circle.
2. look for some online lessons to follow.

Awesome. I have a couple of Vas' CDs & they are just marvelous to listen to as-is, very evocative of ancient times. And now we can enjoy watching this ethereal interpretation of the music. I think this performance evokes the same "going back to the roots" vibe. The tribal fusion choreo, costume & outdoor setting make this video a feast for the senses.
