      very nice! but i miss a couple of situations e.g. there was an off side call against France and the ARG player fouls the FRA player brutally with his studs first. Isnt it a yellow card? shouldn´t matter if play was interupted.
      Also I believe an ARG player held or held Mbappe just seconds before ARG scored their second goal with a counter attack.
      Last not least the ARG goalie, who was cautioned already, threw the ball away during the penaltie shoot out when the FRA player was ready to take his penalty, thats another yellow card! or not?

      What do you think of the fact that the daily l'Equipe awarded this referee a mere 2/10 rating for refereeing the World Cup final?
      Because of them, many pissed off French fans started insulting this referee and accusing him of being corrupt.

      FCE. I would be grateful if you make a revission of the min 62, when Mac Allister was pushed by Upamecano inside the area. It seems a clear fault, because it would be an illigal action. • @PaulSpacey

    Dembele's foul is at 2:03, what you have put in a circle as well. It is when Dembele catches the outside of Di Maria's left foot with his knee. Then Di Maria trips with his left foot on his own right heel. At 2:10 Di Maria is falling already and I think that touch does not matter any more.

      Montpellier was a clear penalty and handball. Yes he turned his back and dint mean it. But what he should have done is put his arm behind his back like other players or in front of his private area. That way he would never have handballed it. And it either was just gonna go over. Or maybe martinez would have saved it. But it doesn't matter as Argentina won the world cup bro

      They had some luck, yes. Conspiracy between refs? Probably not 😉

      If you see min. 62 Upamecano fault to Mac Allister inside penal area, perhaps you start to think that the help to Argentina is not clear.

    2nd penalty of france was not a header, it was a handball. Hence, ball goes for Argentina

      Watch multiple videos where I show it was clearly a header, not handball (in slow motion).

    Would love a video that shows all the yellow card not given to argentina players. For example at the end of the game why the referee whistled a foul when france was 3v2 in counter attack, instead of letting the advantage (first yellow card) and then the player prevent the free kick to be played (second yellow card). I think the biggest mistakes were on letting argentina play dirty and not giving them the yellow card they clearly deserved

    • @PaulSpacey
      @PaulSpacey  Год назад +12

      Yes that’s the area I think the ref could have done better; lots of incidents where yellows should have been shown. Argentina slowed the game down in a clever way but the ref could have dealt with it better.

      It’s a fair perspective. I still think majority of pro football players would accept that contact and position of Coman’s body to ease Messi off the ball.

    Could you please explain Christian Romero's Back pass(with his knee) to the goal keeper ,? some people are complaining about that too..

    • @PaulSpacey
      @PaulSpacey  Год назад +9

      Yes, the law states only a “kick” is not allowed for a backpass. Romero used his thigh so it’s ok. Foot or shin is generally considered a kick.
