    Hello
How current is this data which you have shared?
Do you consider adding any other cost like transport, owning or renting a vehicle, gas or cooking essentials and other one time expenses like furnishing of apartment and kitchen etc?

      Hi @urssgaurav
      This is recent data.
You can include transportation costs as well that I didn't mention in sheet as it vary person to person.
Most condos come with induction, so your electricity costs will reflect accordingly.
You can watch my condo tour video (ruclips.net/video/jpLgAm_gXCc/видео.html) to get an idea of what’s typically included in furnished units. Most condos are fully furnished, except for a water filtration system.
Additional Costs: When renting a condo, you will typically need to pay a deposit equivalent to two months' rent in advance.

Can you share more about transportation ?

There are many transportation modes, but I mostly use the BTS. For example, if you travel from E1 to E9 station, the fare would be approximately 50 THB. Monthly passes are also available. The fare varies depending on the mode of transport you choose and your travel distance.
