nope, Bonnie would have not attacked, remember he was already destroyed before the springtrap virus?, how can you infect something that is offline?, also these fellows get rebooted in safe mode, Roxy, Bonnie, Freddy and Eclipse become immune to the virus in safe mode, only burntrap himself can try to infect them while they are like that.
Gosh, seeing it all put together and flowing cohesively makes it all the more good and sad in the end. I'm also looking forward to more Malware and Obsolete Eclipse too!😄

I do LOVE the Sun and Moon Obsolete Eclipse and can't wait for the next chapter. I can picture that the gang find Roxy and Cassie down after the elevator fall after all of them take on the Mimic together.

I have a counter theory.. It was actually the Tangle, aka the Blob. We saw it was able to leave the lower levels. Possible it saw Bonnie and it's hatred for Afton and his Springbonnie design, it mistook Glamrock bonnie AS afton and just attacked him.

Looks complicated" when needing to put Freddy's head back on. Cassie is the more skilled one when it comes to robotics.

I have a theory what if Monty didn’t dismantle Bonnie but he lost his footing and fell of the cat walks and when Monty found him he realised he would be blamed for it so he hid Bonnie in the place we find him and connected him to the wet floor bots

Seems that Bonnie deserves a medal of his bravery to saved Cassie from a headless Glamrock Freddy.
Technically speaking it's Monty endoskeleton in Glamrock Freddy Prototype casing.
