Amazing exposition, I’ve been listening to other lawyers Hispanic mostly telling people to keep filing without letting them know the pros and cons. I wish you would practice here in New York, would definitely let you handle my case.
What I got of his exposition: 1. It’s a Federal law 2. Supreme Court’s opinion is in favor 3. Depends of who is winning the elections I think people can keep filing because Democrats will win. Looks like SCOTUS opinion only applies when affecting others non republicans. He can take your case, even if he is not in NY.
Hispanic lawyers are rats they just want your money. If they really wanted to with the disclaimer that they were not responsible they should actually give a class on how to complete & upload this easy application online to everyone without charging a fee. Our own people are the worst. This nice white man giving us true information. Thank you President Bush for having the presence of mind to come up with PIP for military families, if not for that this current PIP would not exist. Ronald Reagan for the amnesty. Both Republicans.🙏❤🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Hi my name is is Maria l am herein USA since 1987 and l marry with a Citizen We have a wonderful family of 7 kids we already Spend like 25,000 dollars pay to Layers to aply at USCIS and fix my situation but nothing works , last thing we do last week we pay 4,580 applying for PlP and one more time 😢 happen lam So sad , l never have bad record and love this Country! God bless you!
My husband has checked all the bices. We already had a lawyer we retainer from 5k to start the process right before pip became a thing. So we sent the application and the 580 fee, and now are stuck right back where we belong.. we did biometrics already so luckily there reusing them buttt now we're basically stuck back at where we started. The USCIS rep told me we were considered approved once we got that receipt number which clearly o found out is wrong. It still says active reviewing 😢
Mr Baxter, that's my first time watching your videos, i have a question about DACA. I have a son already graduated from University of North Carolina he's a DACA, he entered legally with a tourist visa, Does he can apply for the parole, (work visa), and eventually can you take my son's case?
If i entered for the first time unlawfully usa in 2001, i was 13 at the time and never left .i have been here ever since. Do i have a 10 year bar?? Because i came after the year 1997 .so if my Pip gets approved,i get 1 (legal entry). The only way to apply for AoS will be 10 years after ?? The date of your first legal entry ???
@@mfrance6914 that’s what the waiver is for. My brother in law came the same way and they already asked to be pardoned which they approved. Now he’s just waiting for his interview in Juarez. It’s usually a week that they have to wait once the waiver is approved. I know many cases that have done it exactly the same. The thing is that people are waiting and doing nothing most of the time because of money.
You should not have the bar if you didn't enter without inspection a SECOND time after having been here a year or more. If you came in and never left then you're fine, no 10 year bar.

The ten year bar ONLY activates if you leave without an advance parole.
