- In this episode, experience a moody, fly-on-the-wall tour of a project that’s been three years in the making: a custom-designed RPG room inspired by the world of Hârn. This is not your typical walkthrough-let the ambient lighting, handcrafted details, and atmospheric music guide you through a space that’s been purposefully designed to inspire and immerse.
A huge thank you to:
Robin Crosby and Columbia Games for the world of Hârn.
Richard Luschek for the fresco and tapestry design.
Ray Marron, Joel Hilhouse, Alexa Marron, Beau Mantz, Nancy Hutchinson, Chris Craig, Mariano Pagotti, and Alison Ivansek for their creativity, support, and help.

What’s your dream TTRPG setup? If you could design the ultimate game room, what would it look like? Let me know in the comments below!
Wow, that looks amazing. Congratulations, it has certainly turned out very impressive.
Thanks Kerry! Glad you like it.
That's a legendary setup. I salute your dedication!
Thanks Karl!
Very nice. Congratulations! I would love to see a behind the scenes, how you made everything and how it all came together. Now that that would be a big inspiration. Can't wait to see more.
That is absolutely coming up. Stay tuned!
Absolutely incredible! Very well done!
Thanks Jay!
Looks super cool!
Thanks Mathias!
OH WOW!!! What a story to be told. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
What a labor of love! This, is amazing!
Thank you!
Amazing. Really inspirational. Have watched you work on this with a jealous eye for awhile. Makes me want to get on it with my work space…
Well, get to it then!
Amazing work! Congratulations!
Thank You!
This is a fantastic room for playing with tabletop, pen and paper, etc.
Thank you.
Amazing work!
Thank you!
So cool!
Thanks!
The GM throne with the Alea Iacta Est quote is the icing on the cake!
Thanks! I toyed with making everything in the Harnic script know as Lakise, which has it's own phonetics and can be seen on the rule book I thumb through (on the cover it actually says - Harnmaster ), but the Latin in a medieval Latin alphabet just looked better. Glad you like it.
Pretty good man
Thanks Alexander!
Legendary!
Thanks Peter!
Freaking amazing.
Thanks Bob! I'm glad you like it.
I'm speechless, truly. I hope one day I can create a room like this!
Thank you! So do I. It is really a rewarding experience.
That is a truly impressive space, Ric. As a long time Harn fan I would love to have a space like that.
Thanks. It's actually pretty interesting to play in when I see the big difference in the way my players behave.
Damn bro sick
Thank You!
Amazing!
Thanks Jonas!
Congratulations on the theater space, for you have surely gone beyond the common gaming spaces that are the staple of our mania ...
So when will we meet the actors of your merry group of thespians?
I'm sure they will be featured from time to time. Next few videos will be focused on a few small projects and other hardware that is essential to this space. A few new additions too!
This is amazing. How did you get the crystal track ball working? I'm so curious
I'm planning on a complete video for it. It is basically a optical mouse that was developed for a glass top desk. The mount/stand is 3d printed and the ball is an actual 6" crystal ball (weighs a ton) that rides on nylon bearing inserts. Subscribe and you'll get to see a video on it at some point fairly soon!
Are you sure that’s not AI, It looks too perfect to be human made. For an Ultimate game room I think a mixture of a work area and gaming space with an Aliens/Giegeresque look. Lots of hoses and hexagons
Damn it Joel…
It is absolutely 100% real :)
