sir , I am really depressed today as I wasted my whole day . Because of a health issue , I got late in starting my day (around 3-3.5 hr late) , but when I sat to study , I got distracted to yt ( it was not the case from a period of a month) . After bringing myself out of the trap , I was not able to study , my mind wandered , I tried 3 min meditation(which works for literally everytime when my mind is unstable and I am not able to focus ) , but this did not worked good this time(I think I did not did it properly) . soon I realised my 60% day wasted , I got depressed as I have very less time in jee 2024 .I have not done good 11th and 12th AS WELL (not that good in 12th) , although I am trying my best . I am unable to manage . My creativity , memory , thinking capacity , confidence , academic performance have declined drastically in this jee prep time . Before , I was very curious about things , my memory was sharp as I used to remember ALMOST everything that teacher taught in the class , now - I struggl in remembering some topic from todays online class . When sitting in online class , I don't feel like I a grasping concepts inspite of trying my best to do so , athough I understand things , but it doesn't get caught by mind deeply . I always try to trick my mind to deeply understand the topic , think of another possibilty to the problem , other methods to the problem which sir is discussing in class. I am always puzzled that what time to devote and at what time should I make short notes ? , revise ? , practice? I have no one which can help me through this problem. Ya , I know Ashish sir will not be able to help me in his busy schedule(there are lacs of students following his channel , so...) as I have tried sometime(regarding block strategy, about this also I am/was very confused , how to follow , how to fit it in my schedule ....).But , I am in JUST CRYING mental situation , I am worried that I will also waste my remaining today's time .Although I will try my BEST.Another thing is that I have never ever COMPLETED a chapter in my jee prep - I start with live lectures of a chapter , revise the lectures daily , try to do dpps , and in that way , chapter ends and a new chapter starts and I am left with foggy understanding of concepts(as I explained above ) , I want to achieve high in jee but my confidence is just declining gradually . I am following your mentorship guidlines , I make short notes as instructed , TRY my best to inculcate the habits you say . I started high stepping exercise as instructed , in two days , my knee got pain due to nerve disPLACING(that's the above mentioned health issue) , As my body is very weak . I am writing this to feel a bit good (maybe, so trying) and will add things as I it strike accidently when I study (Till today only) BYE " HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO ALL "

I wasn't able study before , but after offloading ALL the thoughts , literally ALL the thoughts in my mind in this comment , I felt relief like I have put the burden off my head . It saved my rest of the day , I was able to study calmly and now , I am in a better mental state , trying as hard as I can without getting stressed

Physics galaxy is enough even for AIR-1
Hell no, HC verma is good for theory but problems are not relevant to jee. solve one of cengage BM sharma, PG books, IE Irodov, DC Pandey, Problems in JEE Advanced (shashi bhushan tiwari), Pathfinder(way above advanced level btw only do this if you're done with most PYQs. word of advice don't hoard books and finish coaching material first.
Sir has very vast knowledge, whether it is of academics or in practical life.

If I can't solve a question I don't ask it to anyone but I preserve it for one week and after that I am able to solve that question is this strategy to tackle my doubts by my own is good or bad.

Yes sir today I tried the questions jo mujse 1st attempt mai nahi hue but 1week ke baad fir se try Kiya to fir bhi nahi hua . Now I will reattempt the question 7-8 times.thanks sir for saving us ❤❤❤❤

Are you a dropper or a fresher
No matter what , do one thing which my teacher suggested
Do 50-100 objective question in the coaching itself within that time
And after coming back do another 100-150 objective question

Respected ashish sir , im jee 2025 aspirant , due to family issues i havent started my prep from early months . but from today onwards im starting my jee prep to get my dream college ( iit bombay ) . But sir i dont have any single mentor who can taught me how to start , cover all the backlogs , strategies ,and how to finish 11th before january . My parents are also not so much rich so that i cant afford any other mentorship program . My mind is full of anxiety , self doubt and many more things . I just want to ask you for a separate channel or just a playlist with all your daily life suggestions and tricks.
Sir we really decline just because of small things or strategy... For example doing exercises, yoga or meditation, maintaining doubt diary, daily failure list, distraction and all those things. I am still facing problem with a lot of these and there are many too.
I would strongly suggest to do something in this.
After all sir all will be good when we will make the best environment to do it. 😊
I hope you will do something about it.

Why this strategy works ?, the reason behind this is our brain learns from mistakes , and in next iteration if same problem arrives it skips the past mistake , if we are re attempting such problems for many times you will observe that in every attempt our brain will be eliminating past mistake though it can do new mistakes...after some time brain completely learns what not to do when such problem arrives.. It's very interesting to learn how our brain works. Thank you sir for reminding me this!

So sir whenever we see a good question which we are unable to solve at that moment.. so what should be the approach then? first see the solution and then again attempt after 8 to 10 hours (as told by u in ur Solved examples method shorts) or should we attempt that question everyday for 7-8 days as told in this video??
