Yesterday I wore Narjesi 3 sprays on my neck and WOW for the first 2-3 hours it was the best Rose fragrance I’ve tried. I also find Rose is amazing in Beauty and the Beast (never tried Malik Al Taif) and the best true Rose Oud for me is Triad by Bortnikoff (Oud Maximus Autumn’19 and Ottoman Empire III by ALD are also fantastic). I have pure Taif Rose oil (bought in Istanbul) and Roses in Narjesi smells as natural as my pure oil and quite similar. Sadly this beautiful rose smell in oil lasts only about an hour, so in Narjesi it lasted even longer, it was a surprise to me 😮

Fantastic review! You have a great way of describing fragrances. I have a decant of this on the way, in a way I’m hoping to love it, but also… it would definitely be the most expensive fragrance in my collection!

I tested this one along with the Perris Monte Carlo Taif Rose just a couple of days ago. I just wish Narjesi lasted a bit more longer on my skin. I eventually ended up buying something completely different called Sweet Farewell from Strangers Parfumerie :) Haibah is my favorite from this house among the 2nd generation.

Spot on Ramsey 🤝 I owned it and I love it 🙌 I also made the same comment about the opening blast on Fragrantica of which I wish the opening could stay for like 4 hours before transitioning 😂
Man I would probably cave and buy a bottle if the opening lasted 4 hours 😂😂😂

I just got a decant today. My novice nose gets a lot of powder and lemony notes that overwhelm the rose for me. I expected more of a rose note but I've never smelled Taif rose before.
Taif rose is lemony and tea like ...beautiful rose opening for an hour or two but then it looses it self
I've heard Sultan Pasha rated this pretty high and this is his favorite SoD.
The first 30 minutes is mind blowing 🤯

Hey ram had a idea for a video maybe u can do a vintage UNICORN 🦄 list of the rarest most hard to obtain Crown Jewels of the collection 💎 🤔 but then again maybe not cuz then will be even harder to get them 🤷♂️

Ramsey by the way I hope you can save a little bit of that and compare it against Snow Rose by Henry Jacques. May be called a store in Beverly Hills they’ll send you a sample it may be a sprayed on on a car but when I tell you it is absolutely in my opinion a little more beautiful than Spirit of Dubai
And half the price :-)
I have some henry jacques samples to discuss on the channel still but I dont think I have that one 😔
Like xerjjob, and I am aware that the quality of the ouds that he uses in his compositions or in conjunction with other perfumers is not of the best quality, Chris Maurice is not one of my favorite perfumers... but I must admit that some... few are very good Luxor is fantastic for those who like the aromas of tobacco and leather ect … pure grass .. another fantastic one I have several others from this house. In relation to them, however, the KEMI collection I have the complete collection ... and it is already missing. It is phenomenal and it is wonderful in my opinion.

@@RamseytheRam In case, I will try to be able to try the second generation of Spirit of Dubai... and be able to get hold of a few ml to try, out of curiosity... but I don't expect anything extraordinary, which I would expect for those prices... I don't collect bottles... I love perfumery, I collect perfume .
Curious if you ever smelled Creed Windsor, original version (prior to 2009 re-release)? It has a nice rose.
Yes I have a decant.. I plan on doing a comparison to Royal Mayfair one of these days 🌹

They all have good projection and duration but none of them of are at a good price lol
Spirit of Dubai is a Niche division of Nabeel Perfumes. Nabeel perfumes are extremely cheap whereas their counterpart the spirit of Dubai is extremely expensive.
Yeah I have never sniffed a Nabeel perfume... but they are very cheap arent they?
@@RamseytheRam they are mostly clones or clones of clones. I am not aware of a single Nabeel perfume that’s good but there may be a few.
I've heard about this brand here and there but idk if it's actually worth its price. Does it have lasting power and sillage

Yes it is fantastic... one of the best tarry smokey green fragrances of all time... I have 2 bottles thank Gods 😅

hello dear Ramsey!! I have a mixed feeling with spirit of Dubai). They do not send a set to Spain and at the moment here in Spain they cannot be found in a physical store. I have majalis that I ordered in a non-physical store in Barcelona, it didn't surprise me at all. although the price for 50 ml is acceptable. I asked this place to send me samples and of the ones that they sent me, Fákhama is the one I liked the most without being very special because it reminds me of others like Kemi's aurum for example. I believe in my opinion that their aromas do not justify their prices…. I don't care how Sean The ostentatious and beautiful bottles in the oriental style I care about what it contains and in my opinion it does not justify its prices. I did not like the oud of the Spirit of Dubai either. It reminds me a lot of getting rid of xerjjob that I have and that I like more and it cost me 100 ml 280 e 🤷🏼♀️ I insist spirit of dubai their prices are not justified. about perris Montecarlo rosa de Taif it is a jewel like others that I have in my collection the extrait , ylang ylang .. tubereouse ect .. the only disappointment I found with perris Montecarlo was Aztec cocoa .. I find the jasmine very low and the pepper very raised. but perris has justified his prices. however unlike spirit of Dubai, THE NIGHT. From Frederic malle if it justifies in my opinion its price 1500 and 100 ml a work of art as are the rest the moon dawn ect promise ANOTHER WORK OF ART. at a good price. conclusion, unless you give her a gift, do not buy anything from spirit of dubai. although fakhala I love it I have aurum from kemi which is practically very similar for my nose

You are absolutely wrong. Narjessi is the evolution of Oud
Well to each their own... but it doesnt smell like the evolution of oud to me... and I have smelled many of the highest quality ouds in the world from Ensar to Areej Le Dore to Bortnikoff amd Agar Aura.... Spirt of Dubai ouds cant hold their jock strap

Another i forgot to coment is about Nebulous Boadicea the victorious 1550 e big price !! like The night of Frederic malle but i am so happy to have and pay ..is the only one of victorious i justifícate Und i love . **What i mean the oud of spirit of dubai is very similar to zafar of xerjjob and the diferencias of the prices have nothing to do .🫶🏻
