I think mic quality really affects what people think of this battle. This battle was much closer than people think but I think the difference in quality of mic + quality of internet connection that makes it seem more in Marvel's favour in my opinion. Max's mic quality didn't seem to catch his sounds very well. I fully understand the OT.

Marvel's overtime round was worse than Max's overtime, but Marvel should've won the battle, they shouldn't have been tied in the first place. His 2 rounds were better than Max's. I came to the battle expecting Max to win, but after hearing what Marvel did I think Marvel should've won.

Max's style is so weird, its like if it isn't a real drop...his routine are like all a big continuos drop that doesn't hit with the same energy as for example vocodah but its still really effective.
I think that's maybe fine but should be at most worth one point. For me you should only get the point if you do a really really good counter, and all judges should have to agree. I think there should be another category on top of this, but I'm not sure. It's just that I think there's too many overtimes so it should be out of more points. Maybe just making each category out of more than 3 would be good enough.

max's mic wasnt picking up half of the sounds he was doing in the first round. I think it was a very close battle, marvel seems like a clear winner because of the difference in clarity of his microphone. Also marvel's OT round was mainly a rotation he already did earlier just with cat sound
A thing id like to change abt the judging system is, more judges criteria, and a bigger spectrum on the score instead of the maximum of 3, I'd prefer around 5-8 score spectrum, and maybe 4 criteria or 4 judges

I agree with collapse. Marvel has insane sounds and as soon as he tweaks that and puts a little bit more finesse on it, it is going to really deliver. It sounded like it was all freestyle and got messy in some parts. No matter what, it was so close to judge and agree with the overtime
