4 - Haha you mentioned the sacral chakra. I've been listening to chakra meditation the last 6 months and it's when the sacral chakra music came on that I started shaking all over. What a difference that music made. I believe that having my husband's mother repeatedly devalue my body (particularly my feminine parts) and calling me a hooker is what led to sacral blockage. I feel so much better now. Now when she says 'cover up your horrible breasts you sl*t,' I simply reply with words like 'my beautiful breasts, my beautiful body, I love my body.' That way my body can hear it. Since doing this all I've lost 6kg.

Pile 3 Funny I have no one really in my life to be envious of me. But I am from a small town, tho I left asap. I was never friends with anyone there altho we all hung out as ppl in small towns do. Altho even the friends I made after I left many did not last. I have more former friends than I have friends. I just listen for fun, b/c I sort of always resonate with ur readings.
