design seem like 20years ago, and seen nothing special from the first impression, that copy and paste some else way existing project. this kind design also faced water seepage from the wall after 3~4 stayed as experienced. If neighborhood is good than ok, or it would be a quarrel. Hence, I would not be saying 2-3 generations, but it is build from nothing to scrap after 1-2year you stayed.
